A yam watches over its offspring, which don’t resemble yams at all, but rather bean sprouts. Three pears beam at the newest family member, which isn’t a smaller version of themselves - it’s not pear - but rather something like an egg, or stone.

Pears cluck like hens. And a pile of pebbles mimics the human form.
